Punctuality is essential to ensure the best experience. If you are beyond 20 minutes late, an additional $25 surcharge will be added to your session fee. Please note, session end times will not be extended to accommodate lateness. If you are 30 minutes late, the fee increases to $50.
3. What is the turnaround time for receiving my edited photos?
Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, from the date you select your edits. We strive to deliver high-quality images within this timeframe.
4. Are there options for expedited photo delivery?
Yes, we offer two rush options for expedited delivery:
- 24 hours: $200
- 48-72 hours: $100
